PROJECT WIN: Congratulations to the whole idec team for securing an additional seven (7) Design and Construct acoustic buildings for the Westconnex, Stage 2 project in Sydney for CPBDS JV. This contract adds to the four (4) we are currently building on stage 1 of Westconnex. Our scope includes engineering design, fabrication (utilising our built-up plate capability), rigging and acoustic cladding design and installation. These temporary structures will support overhead cranes over the tunnel shafts, provide cover and shield machinery and construction activity noise to the neighbouring areas.
