TOOLOOA SHS – COLA

idec custom-engineered a large clear-span sports cover at Toolooa State High School in Gladstone.  Utilising our extensive in-house capability, idec successfully delivered the new Covered Outdoor Learning Area / Sports Cover on time and on budget.

Our experienced project team worked with the school and project stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to the school community with major works being undertaken during school holidays.

Works included Design & Engineering, 3D modelling & workshop drawings, steel fabrication to AS 5131 Construction Category 2, earthworks and civil, piled concrete foundations, structural steel erection, roofing and bird proofing.
