Queensland State Equestrian Centre

The project included the design and construction of a 96m long x 73.6m wide structural steel frame for Queensland’s State Equestrian Centre at Caboolture.

The structure was designed as a clear span structure and features an architecturally designed curved roof.

idec’s scope of works included:

• Design;
• Fabrication; &
• Erection of structural steel.

A total of 132 tonne of structural steel was used in the construction of the Equestrian Centre.
