Swampy Ridge Radar Replacement

Construction of a new radar tower at Airservices Australia’s Swampy Ridge site was undertaken as part of the Enroute Radar Replacement Program (ERRP).

idec’s scope of works included:

• Foundation construction
• Fabrication and erection of new Radar Tower
• Installation of Radome
• Installation of insulated panels for tower’s motor room
• Installation of earth ring and earthing connections
• Siteworks and fencing
